Upon admission, the patient will be made aware of Passionate Heart Hospice’s 24-hour availability. They will have access to hospice services simply by contacting the on-call nurse.
Patient care needs are the highest priority; therefore, weekend and evening staffing will be scheduled accordingly. Clinical personnel will perform visits on an as-needed basis, including weekends and holidays.
